quick check-incute staff
check-in was quick and easy by cute staff! the arena was about a 10-15 walk, because i went to a concert at the utilita arena. my room was very comfy and tidy with plenty of space, tea & coffee and hooks on the wall to hang your coats!! dove soap and shampoo is offered.
i couldn't rate it any more than 1 star because there was no hash browns left at breakfast.

the location was very central. breakfast included a pancake maker. i found the staff very efficient. it was nice to be so close to the train station too.
the hotel lacked a safe in the room. safes are only kept at reception. this felt rather inconvenient.

the hotel is near many attractions. i walked easily to various spots. the international convention center is close. i could access public transport with minimal effort.

the location was convenient (i could walk to most places).
the room felt cramped, especially with luggage. the air conditioning barely worked. i also noticed some stains on the carpet (not a great look).
